WARRANTY

Firearms manufactured by Alpha Machine Defense (hereafter referred to as “AMD”) are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our AMD manufactured firearms are warranted to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship for the serviceable lifetime of the firearm to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. The liability of AMD under this warranty shall be limited solely to the obligation to repair the defect, replace the firearm/part, or provide a refund at its sole discretion, and to pay transportation and insurance charges for any return of the firearm to the owner for a rightful warranty claim.

Modifications of the firearm will void this warranty. AMD disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damage caused because of third-party accessory/part use.

This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear and does not cover any damage resulting from repairs or adjustments, careless handling, neglect, improper, substandard, reloaded or defective ammunition, corrosion, or other unreasonable use of the firearm.

If for any reason you have a warranty issue with one of our products, please submit a request. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot provide warranty work if your items have been altered by you or anyone other than Alpha Machine Defense from their original state. Contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

Under no circumstances shall AMD be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property, whether because of express or implied warranty, negligence or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

PURCHASING PROTOCOL

All NFA rules apply.

All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order.

It is the responsibility of the customer to know and follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides, including mandatory background checks. Orders requiring FFL (Federal Firearms License) transfer must be shipped to a verified FFL holder. There will be a 30% restocking fee for all controlled items returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase.

DELIVERY

Due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation, shipping times may vary. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to plan for future delivery. Please expect higher lead times for FFL items. This timeframe is subject to change without notice depending on the current volume of orders.

AMD will not bear any risk of loss or be responsible for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any of the following, regardless of any other cause or event that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss, all of which risk of loss shall be borne by you: 

  1. seizure or destruction of property by order of governmental authority; 
  2. incorrect delivery by the carrier caused by an incorrect address on the shipping label; 
  3. misappropriation, sabotage, conversion or any other dishonest act on the part of you or other party of interest, your respective employees or agents or others to whom the goods or merchandise may be entrusted for any purpose whatsoever; 
  4. any shortage in goods claimed to have been forwarded in a package when the package is received by the addressee in apparent good condition with the seals unbroken; 
  5. unsuccessful delivery attempts; (In addition, AMD will not bear any risk of loss or be responsible for any loss or damage in the event your payment made to AMD is in any form that is false, fraudulent, invalid, uncollectible, or counterfeit.)

DAMAGED ITEMS

Regarding claims dealing with damaged, blemished or an order that was shipped and not received, we ask that you submit a request and fill out the form for review.

RETURN POLICY

Firearms and serialized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged. AMD will accept a return of any other item for replacement (if a replacement item is available) or a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs and any applicable restocking fee, provided such return is made within 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of the purchased item. 

We do not accept returns on used, blemished (purchased as blem), or custom engraved/laser etched items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper’s expense. 

Unless there is an item defect or a valid item performance issue, returned items must be resalable (no wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, tags, parts, and accessories. If the item is not returned in resalable condition, AMD may reject the return.

All returned items must be received by AMD prior to any replacement being shipped or refund being issued.

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. 

Customers should carefully inspect all firearms prior to having the firearm transferred into the customer’s possession. The customer is solely responsible for any FFL transfer fees for any returned items (including, but not limited to, when the customer fails a background check). AMD is not responsible for and shall not pay for, reimburse, or refund any FFL transfer fees. 

AMD carefully monitors returns and may take reasonable action, including limiting or refusing returns, to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce these terms and conditions and all laws and regulations governing orders made on our website.

AMD reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks. AMD reserves the right to refuse all future orders placed by any customer that cancels an order via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment.

FIREARM RESHIPMENTS

If your firearm, lower receiver, or frame is not able to be delivered to your selected FFL dealer, it will be returned to AMD. You may choose to have the order reshipped or request a refund (subject to a restocking fee of 20%). AMD will only reship orders needing reshipment one time. If the second attempt to ship the order is unsuccessful, the order will be automatically refunded (subject to a restocking fee).

RESTOCKING FEES

Each returnable part permitted for return is subject to A 10% restocking fee, which shall be deducted from the refund amount. If two or more parts purchased on a single order are returned, the total restocking fees shall be limited to 15%.

There is no restocking fee where prohibited by law. The restocking fee will be taxed in select states.
